BewareExtremely disappointed in this company who have deducted £9.25 from the refund of a poor quality jewellry item I returned in its original condition. They also asked me to take down a negative review of the purchased item, offering me a discount for doing so. This is not an open and honest way of doing business in my opinion. Difficult to trust such traders.
